Taking the first step of asking for help takes courage. In my work with Clients, I use a strength-based, compassionate, and goal-oriented approach to help people create the change they want in their lives. I believe that for therapy to be effective, it is essential to develop a trusting, collaborative, and non-judgmental relationship with Clients and Caregivers.
