Taking the first step of asking for help takes courage. In my work with Clients, I use a strength-based, compassionate, and goal-oriented approach to help people create the change they want in their lives. I believe that for therapy to be effective, it is essential to develop a trusting, collaborative, and non-judgmental relationship with Clients and Caregivers.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in CT. I earned a Bachelor's degree from Trinity College in 2009 and a Master's degree from Southern CT State University in 2011. I also hold a Professional Certificate with the CT State Department of Education. I have an extensive background in working in regular and special education environments. I am a passionate advocate for individuals with special needs and the services they require in the educational system.
I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which is an evidenced-based modality and is effective for a variety of challenges, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, ADHD, grief, relationship difficulties, stress, and more. I also have experience working with the LGBTQ+ population and with individuals of various cultures, backgrounds, and ethnicities.
